A: The WT and WOT are different schools of thought (or factions) within the Yahtzee community regarding Yahtzee For Beer and the 3K rule. In the WT two die are given, the receiver(s) must roll and drink the sum of the pair. In the WOT two die are given, the receiver(s) must roll and drink the sum of the pair unless doubles are rolled. In which case the die go back to the roller who must drink the sum of the pair.

A: What!? Sure luck has something to do with it. The same way gravity has something to do with keeping the dice on the table. Who are you and why do you insist on bothering me? In Yahtzee and in life luck has some bearing on the eventual outcome. But in life our choices are the defining elements in the end. The same can be said for Yahtzee; it’s all in your choices. If you make the right choices, you’ll win in the end and that has nothing to do with luck.
